Remarks1) Tenderers are advised to refer to the Critical
Criteria under the Evaluation Criteria section of the Tender, to check on your tendering eligibility before they prepare your Tender Proposal.

2) Tender Proposals to be submitted in accordance to two-envelope system.

3) FULLY ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION (2-ENVELOPES Price-Quality Criteria): Contractor are required to submit their "PRICE" and "QUALITY" proposals electronically via GeBiz. The Form of Tender, Breakdown Costs of Tender and Final Summary must be submitted into GeBiz"s "PRICE" Envelope while Quality proposal must be submitted into GeBIZ"s "QUALITY" Envelope.

4) Tenderer must be registered with BCA under the Work Head CR-12 with the financial grade of L4 and above.

5) The Tender Offer may include alternative proposal provided that the Tenderer has submitted a fully compliant Base Tender Offer with no qualifications or variations to the Invitation to Tender and with full compliance with the original Specifications.

6) The Tenderer who like to only submit an alternative proposal shall not be allowed.

7) For submission of alternative proposal, the Tenderer shall add a line item to the base tender offer and submit the alternative price proposal as remarks in GeBIZ. Tenderer shall also clearly distinguish the alternative proposal from the Base Tender Proposal.
