Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached to LTA:
NDA for access to tender documents. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission. Tenderers shall include particulars of NDA signatory. The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the NDA or application form, if it is found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the BCA with the designated registration head & grade as specified in paragraph above are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under CR15, Site Investigation Works Workhead.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price; (b) Price Document and (c) Technical Document as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers.

EVALUATION:
Tenderers shall note that in addition to compliance with Authority"s requirements, the Price-Quality Method (PQM) will be used to evaluate this Tender.
