RemarksCRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ is a critical criterion for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from local Tenderers who holds a valid Employment Agent Licence (Comprehensive License and/or Select License) issued by Ministry of Manpower (MOM); or from overseas Tenderers who holds any valid certification of registration of company issued by the relevant authorities for overseas registered companies

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the GeBIZ is adopted for this tender. Tenderers are required to separate their offer into 2 distinct Document Types (i.e. Price and Technical). It is mandatory to upload at least one attachment for each Document Type when submitting electronically via GeBIZ. For the purpose of electronic submission in GeBIZ for this tender, Tenderers shall enter a nominal $1.00 under the Unit Price field and submit the Schedule of Rates duly completed together with the supporting documents in GeBIZ. Please refer to Clause 4 of Instructions to Tenderers for details.
