RemarksCLEARANCE FORM FOR SITE SHOWROUND/BUS SURVEY:
a) Tenderers are required to complete & submit attached Clearance Form to visit the bus depots for the purpose of the bus surveys. Please refer to Clause 6.3 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.
b) The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Clearance Form, if it is found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.
c) Please note that clearance will require 2 to 3 weeks for processing and only personal who has obtained the clearance are ALLOW to attend the Bus Surveys.

CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that the following are the critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who do not meet the following critical criteria will NOT be considered:
a) registration with GeBIZ.

OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenderers who are registered with the following EPPU and Financial Grade will preferably be considered for this Contract:
a) EPPU Supply Head Expenditure Procurement Policies Unit (EPPU) EPU/CMP/10 (Computer Related Hardware, Software and Services) with Financial Grade at least S9 and above OR
b) EPU/CNE/10 (Communication and Navigation Systems) with Financial Grade at least S9 and above.
Tenderers who are registered with the EPPU must declare their registration status by completing Appendix A of the ITT.

SUBMISSIONS :
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers.

EVALUATION :
The Quantitative Method will be used for evaluation of this tender. Please refer to Clause 3 of the Evaluation Criteria.
