RemarksCRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that the following are the critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who do not meet the following critical criteria will NOT be considered: (a) registration with GeBIZ; (b) 4G/5G services are provided from more than 1 telco provider (i.e. Telco A 4/5G and Telco B 4/5G); (c) able to upgrade from 4G to 5G services without the need for any hardware upgrade and with ease of changing the service plans to 5G through a management portal; (d) had at least 3 years" experience in implementing transmitter fleetwide; and (e) had implemented and maintained a transmitter system in at least 2,000 vehicles for at least 1 project.

OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenderers who are registered with the following Expenditure Procurement Policies Unit (EPPU) Supply Head will preferably be considered for this Contract: (a) EPU/CMP/10 (Computer Related Hardware, Software and Services) with Financial Grade at least S9 and above; OR (b) EPU/CNE/10 (Communication and Navigation Systems) with Financial Grade at least S9 and above.

CLEARANCE FORM:
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached to LTA by 27 July 2023 (limited to 2 reps per Tenderer):
(1) Clearance Form for access to Site Showround/Bus Surveys (Refer to Clause 6.3 of the ITT for details).

The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Clearance Form, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

Clearance processing time is at least 2 to 3 weeks.

SUBMISSIONS:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.

The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Evaluation Criteria will be used for evaluation of this tender.

Tenderers are invited to visit the bus depots for the purpose of bus surveys on the different models of public buses (4 Sessions dated 14 to 17 August 2023). Pls refer to Clause 6.3 of the ITT for details.

Tenderers are required to inform the Authority by 27 July 2023 the name of company, representatives, last 4 digits of NRIC and mobile number of their reps (limited to 2 reps per Tenderer) participating in the bus depot visit via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg (please indicate "Contract PT812-Bus Survey" as the subject of your email). Pls also submit the Clearance Form.
