RemarksNote to Tenderers:
a) Tenderers are encouraged to submit bids for all the line items as listed.
b) Price quoted in range will not be accepted. Only one unit price is allowed for each tier quantity.
c) Tenderers are to quote for all the unit price for each line item according to the tier quantity, i.e. if tenderer submitted quote for Category A-Line item 1, tenderer must quote the unit price for all the tier quantities: 1 to 50 pieces, 51 to 100 pieces, 101 to 500 pieces, 501 to 1,000 pieces, 1,001 and above pieces. Failure to do so will render the tender submission for the line item to be liable for rejection.
d) Tenderers are to submit this Price Format in GeBIZ. Failure to do so will render the tender submission to be disqualified from evaluation.
