RemarksNON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached NDA as follows:
(a) Email duly executed NDA (the NDA must be company stamped and signed on every page by authorized signatory) to lta_contracts_1ctciv@lta.gov.sg with Subject: FN803 - Password Request
(b) Please note that the password to open the tender files will be provided AFTER receipt of a properly completed NDA form.

Critical Criteria
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who fulfil the following:
a) Tenderers must be registered with GeBIZ. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.
b) Hold a Capital Markets Services licence for fund management (not Private Bank or Securities Company) registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore;
c) Total Assets under Management ("AUM") of at least S$1 billion in its Asia (ex-Japan, ex-Australia, ex-New Zealand) offices. This AUM may include assets sourced from Asia (ex-Japan, ex-Australia, ex-New Zealand) but managed by its overseas office(s) but excludes the AUM of any affiliates or joint ventures; and
d) At least two (2) 3rd party Asian institutional client references, preferably Singapore clients, with an AUM of at least S$50 million, for which they are managing similar mandates as the submitted bid.

SUBMISSION:
For the purpose of electronic submission in GeBIZ for this tender, Tenderers shall enter a nominal $1.00 under the Unit Price field together with the supporting documents in GeBIZ. Please refer to Clause 4 of Instructions to Tenderers for details.
