Remarks1. The Tenderer shall be registered with the BCA as an accredited checking organisation. 2. The Tenderer must have performed accredited checking for high rise projects above $20M with no adverse report on the performance in the past 5 years. 3. The Tenderer must have at least two Accredited Checkers and two qualified structural/civil engineers with degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board in its employment. Please see other requirements / criteria in Evaluation Criteria and for more details on the collection of CD, please refer to the cover letter. Tenderers are to submit the duly signed (by the Director or Authorised Agent as listed in ACRA) Undertaking for Non-Disclosure for collection of Tender Documents. (1) The Authorisation Form is to be used if you appoint someone to collect Tender documents on your behalf. (2) If the appointed proxy is not available to collect Corrigendum/Amendment Documents, a new Authorisation Form has to be submitted. PQM to be used for evaluation of this Tender.
