RemarksNON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached NDA as follows:
(a) Email duly executed NDA (the NDA must be company stamped and signed on every page by authorized signatory) to lta_contracts_1ctciv@lta.gov.sg with Subject: TR807 - Password Request
(b) Please note that the password to open the tender files will be provided AFTER receipt of a properly completed NDA form.

Critical Criteria
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who fully meet ALL the following critical criteria:
a) Tenderers must be registered with GeBIZ. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this Tender.
b) Tenderers must be registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Insurance Act to carry on insurance business as an insurer in respect of general business in Singapore.

Evaluation Criteria
Tenderers shall note that apart from the Tender Price, the following criteria will be evaluated:
a) Compliance with the Requirement Specifications;
b) Proposal types, broadness of covers including a set of specimen policy documentations;
c) Resources and management; and d) Track records of the company in executing similar services in the past.

SUBMISSION:
The 1-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit (1) Tender Price & (2) Supporting Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers for detail.
