SUBMISSION:
The 1-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit (1) Tender Price & (2) Supporting Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers for detail.

SAMPLES:
Tenderers are to submit the items offered in the Tender Offer. Samples are to be delivered to the Address mentioned below by the time stipulated in this Invitation to Tender and should be marked clearly with the tender number, item number and the name of the Tenderer, failure to provide the required samples by the stipulated time and the required markings may render the Tender Offer liable to be rejected.
