CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that the following are critical criteria for tendering for this Contract. Tenderers who do not meet the following critical criteria will NOT be considered:
a) registered as a GeBIZ Trading Partner; and
b) have implemented at least 1 data warehouse and business intelligence project of similar magnitude and complexity as this Contract managing at least 30TB of data.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price; (b) Price Documents and (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 4.1, 4.7 & 4.8 of the Instructions to Tenderers for the details.
