CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who:
a) are registered with GeBIZ;
b) had successfully completed system enhancement and operation & maintenance of a web-based management system for at least one project of similar scale and complexity as the scope of works required in this Tender;
c) have at least 5 years of experience in interpreting tunnelling and geotechnical instrumentation data for deep excavation and tunnelling works; and
d) are able to demonstrate clearly their ability in ensuring smooth delivery of the Services with clear segregation of task between the parties if the Tender Offer is submitted by a consortium, joint venture or main-subcontractor relationship.

Tenderers who do not meet all the above critical criteria will NOT be considered for this tender.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price; (b) Price Documents and (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 4.1, 4.7 & 4.8 of the Instructions to Tenderers for the details.
