RemarksTERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA) & CLEARANCE FORM :
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached forms to LTA :
(a) Please refer to attached Term NDA notice for submission & declaration.
(b) Password will only be provided AFTER NDA clearance for access to the tender document.
(c) Clearance Form for access to the Site Showround.
(d) Site Showround are capped at a maximum of 2 representatives per Tenderer.
(e) Please note that clearance will require 2 to 3 weeks for processing and late requests will not be accepted.
(f) The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA or Clearance Forms, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

EVALUATION CRITERIA:
Please refer to Clause 2 of the Instructions to Tenderer (ITT).

ELIGIBILITY:
Please refer to Clause 3 of the ITT.

SUBMISSIONS:
Tenderers are to submit both the Tender Price and Supporting Documents electronically via GeBIZ. Please refer to Clause 4 of the ITT for the details.
