RemarksTenderers shall note that only this Covering Letter, the Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information will be issued via GeBIZ. The remaining Tender Documents will be issued to the Tenderers in CD-ROM which are available for collection at Architect"s Office as stated in the Covering Letter.

The Tenderers are required to submit the Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information duly endorsed by key personnel, that is, a Principal, Partner or Director of the Tenderer to the personnel at the email addresses set out in Clause 12 in the Covering Letter before collection of the CD-ROM.

Tenderer shall note that attendance is compulsory for both tender briefing and site showround. The number of attendees of tender briefing and site showround from each Tenderer is limited to a maximum of three (3) persons. Tenderers to submit particulars of the attendees as prescribed in Clause 7 in the Covering Letter by 30 June 2023.
