Pre-registration is required and only 1 representative per Supplier is allowed to attend the site visit.

To pre-register, please email to ian_ang_chye_seng @schools.gov.sg latest by 26 June 2023 (6pm) with the following details :
- Company name
- Name and Designation of staff attending the briefing
- Email address and mobile number of staff attending the briefing

Please report to the General Office punctually and look for Mr Ian Ang on the actual day. Late-comers will not be entertained.

During the site visit, suppliers will be required to :
- Follow designated route as guided by Mr Ian Ang
- Take measurements at the allocated times
- Clarify all queries regarding the ITQ requirements
