RemarksOnly the following Tenderers who have been shortlisted from the Pre-Qualification Exercise (NHB000ERF23000001) of this two-stage tender are invited to participate in this ITT:
(1) Event Communications Limited;
(2) Farmwork Pte. Ltd.
(3) GSMprjct Creation Pte. Ltd.; and
(4) Ralph Appelbaum Associates, Inc.

All Tenderers shall complete Annex D, Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information and submit to NHB_Procurement@nhb.gov.sg. The Authority shall release the password for all password encrypted Tender Documents via email reply.

Tenderers shall note that they will be evaluated based on Section E, Evaluation Criteria. Tenderers with non-compliance with any of the Critical Evaluation Criteria A to E shall be disqualified from further evaluation.

The Authority will write to each Tenderer for a mandatory Tender Interview to be conducted on 21 July 2023 (Singapore Time, GMT+8).
