RemarksCRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ as a GeBIZ Trading Partner is a critical criterion for this tender. Tenderers who do not meet this critical criterion will NOT be considered.

EVALUATION CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that in descending order of importance, the evaluation criteria are:
a)Tenderer"s Proposal (submitted in accordance with Clause 4.7 (B) of the Instructions to Tenderers); and

b)Tender Price.

In addition to the tender evaluation criteria above, the Authority will take into account the financial capability and health of the Tenderers in the evaluation of the Tender. A Tenderer may be required to submit a Performance Guarantee by the Guarantor and/or a Performance Bond (or Security Deposit) of a value higher than the specified amount. The Guarantor will also be assessed on its financial capacity and health.

SUBMISSIONS :
Tenderers are to submit both the Tender Price and Supporting Documents electronically via GeBIZ. Please refer to Clauses 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.
