Remarks(1) Only the following shortlisted tenderers from Tender Ref: JTC22T0024 are invited to participate in this tender exercise: (a) Aik Sun Demolition & Engineering Pte Ltd; (b) Beng Soon Machinery Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd; (c) Hao Da Pte Ltd; (d) Hwa Aik Engineering Pte Ltd (e) Neo & Goh Construction Pte Ltd; (f) Peng Chuan Engineering Construction Pte Ltd; (g) Reclaims Enterprise Pte Ltd; and (h) Shengjie Engineering Pte Ltd

(2) Tenderers are advised to refer to the Critical Criteria, in particular those on safety performance, under the Evaluation Criteria Section of the Invitation to Tender, to check their tendering eligibility before preparingtheir Tender Proposals.

(3) The site will be opened to Tenderers for site visit on 30 May 2023 from 10:00am to 04:00pm. Tenderers shall make his own transport arrangement and visit the site on the specified date above.

(4) This tender requires electronic response via GeBIZ and only PRICES that are submitted electronically via GeBIZ will be accepted by JTC. Manual and Fax Bid Prices will not beaccepted.

(5) Tenderers must indicate in the "Remark" in the Supplier Response in GeBIZ whether their Tender Price is "PAYABLE TO CONTRACTOR" or "PAYABLE TO JTC".

(6) All tender documents and supporting documents are to be submitted electronically via GeBIZ. Tenderers are required to submit the Summary of Tender and Breakdown Costs of Tender in pdf and editable format.
