REPUBLIC OF KYRGYZSTAN

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT AGENCY (ARIS)

COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROJECT (CCSP)

I. The Community Development and Investment Agency (ARIS) hereby invites eligible bidders to participate in the tender and submit their proposals (with prices) for the supply of the following goods:

Lot No. 1 - Purchase of office equipment for schools and kindergartens;

Lot No. 2 - Purchase of office equipment for schools and kindergartens;

Lot No. 3 - Purchase of furniture for FAP;

Lot No. 4 - Purchase of furniture for FAP;

Lot No. 5 - Purchase of medical equipment and furniture for FAP;

Lot No. 6 - Purchase of medical equipment and furniture for FAP;

II. The selection of companies will be carried out in accordance with the procedures described in the Procurement Rules for FIP Borrowers of the World Bank issued in November 2020 (the “Procurement Rules”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Rules.

III. Interested eligible participants can obtain additional information from the Community Development and Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic, Executive Director, Naspekov Mars Damirovich, e-mail: zakupki@aris.kg (with a copy to: iturdaliev@aris.kg and mismailova@aris.kg, njeenbekov @aris.kg) and study the tender documentation during business hours from 09-00 to 18-00 at the address below.

IV. Interested eligible bidders can receive a full package of Tender Documents in English and/or Russian after registration/authorization on the ARIS website www.aris.kg, Bishkek, st. Bokonbaeva 102, office 11, tel: (312) 301805 (ext. 167), e-mail: zakupki@aris.kg (with a copy to: iturdaliev@aris.kg, mismailova@aris.kg and ajakypov@aris.kg ).

V. Bids must be delivered to the above address before 16:00 June 09, 2023. Proposals received after the deadline will be rejected.
