Collection Details1. The tenderer is required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order for IMDA to release Part 2 - Requirement Specifications and Part 3 - Guidelines for Tender (including Annexes) (collectively the Part 2 and Part 3 Documents). IMDA preference is for both parties to sign the NDA via digital means. Upon signing the NDA, IMDA will provide the Part 2 and Part 3 Documents to the tenderer.
2. Only GeBIZ Trading Partners are allowed to request for the Part 2 and Part 3 Documents and requestors are to provide their Trading Partner Reference Number. All requests to sign the NDA, to obtain Part 2 and Part 3 Documents, must be sent to Mr Edwin Chia via email.
