Mandatory documents to be submitted and failing to submit the documents will be treated as Non-Responsive and bid will be disqualified.
1. Valid Trade License 4. Interactive panel and OPS should be from the same OEM 5. All Cameras, Speakers and microphones and VC endpoints from the Same OEM. 6. Should have experience of installing similar multi-camera solution Products in Bhutan in the past and submission of work orders and completion certificate is a must. 7. Should have a Certified engineer locally for the product for Video conferencing solutions as well as interactive panels and OPS. 8. Prospective bidders may visit RIM for the room inspection for installation before the tender is submitted.
9. The contract includes, the supply of Materials, Installation, and Commissioning. |
