RemarksContractors shall register with Mr Alan Lim and Ms Grace Lim via email Alan_LIM@pmo.gov.sg, Grace_LIM@pmo.gov.sg by 30 March 2023, 1300 hours for the compulsory site show-round. Contractors can submit up to a maximum of 2 names for registration and visitor clearance.

From the names submitted, only those approved by the MND complex building management can attend the briefing cum site show-round. Contractors shall be allocated a timeslot for the site show-round. Contractors will be informed separately via email on their allocated timeslot upon registration. The authority reserved the right to change the site visit for some vendors to alternative date / timeslot.
