RemarksCritical Criteria:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the BCA with registration Workhead CW02 and with Financial Category B1 and above and attending the compulsory Tender Briefing and Site Showround are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached NDA as follows:

(a) Email duly executed NDA (the NDA must be company stamped and signed on every page by authorized signatory) to lta_contracts_1ctciv@lta.gov.sg with Subject: 1379 - Password Request

(b) Please note that the password to open the tender files will be provided AFTER receipt of a properly completed NDA form. The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the NDA if it is found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

SUBMISSION
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Based Tender Price; (b) Price Document and (c) Technical Document as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers.

Evaluation Criteria
Tenderers shall note that in addition to compliance with Authority"s Requirements, the Price-Quality Method (PQM) will be used to evaluate this Tender. Please refer to Clause 7 for more details.
