The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Emergency COVID-19 AF project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the construction of a vaccine storage facility, Ak-Tala village, Naryn region. Under this contract, the Borrower shall make payments by direct payment method as defined in the World Bank"s Investment Project Financing Guidelines, except for those payments required by the contract to be made through a letter of credit.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic hereby invites eligible bidders to submit their bids online through the State Electronic Procurement System of the Kyrgyz Republic (https://proc.okmot.kg/sopp/view/orders/tender-doc/preview.xhtml?cid=3) not later than 12-00 hours on 17 February 2022.

For domestic suppliers, for goods manufactured in the Kyrgyz Republic, a discount will be provided in the amount not applicable.

Work Performance Terms: not more than 6 months from the date of signing the Contract.

Place of Delivery: In accordance with the distribution plan.

The price of the goods shall include all taxes and transportation costs to the place of delivery.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the purchase budget (from the Standard Bidding Documents, Bid Security Form in the important Instructions to Bidders).

Your bid will be valid for 90 days after the date of bid opening.

There will be no pre-bid meeting.

Bids will be opened by the Tender Committee online, via the State Electronic Procurement System at 12:00 on February 17, 2022.
