Contract Title : Construction of BRT BBMA – BBMA Depot

The Government of Indonesia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Indonesia Mass Transit Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of BRT BBMA – BBMA Depot.

The Ministry of Transportation now invites bids from eligible bidders for Construction of BRT BBMA - BBMA Depot. There are two depot locations to be constructed: 1# Cicaheum Depot and 2# Leuwipanjang Depot, will be build in West Java Province from early November 2025 till early November 2026.

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB)/Request for Bid (RFB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers, dated February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”); and the provisions stipulated in the Loan Agreement. And is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Kelompok Kerja Pemilihan Penyedia Barang/Jasa Paket Pekerjaan Satuan Kerja Direktorat Angkutan Jalan pada Biro Layanan Pengadaan dan Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Perhubungan and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 09.00 to 17.00 WIB at the website link given below

Complete set of bidding documents in Bahasa Indonesia may be obtained by interested eligible bidders by this website link below.

Bids must be delivered to the link below on or before 15.01 WIB on October 17, 2025 by Electronic bidding through http://lpse.dephub.go.id/. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the link above on 17.00 WIB at October 17, 2025.

All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of IDR 1.160.000.000,- for #1 Cicaheum Depo and IDR 1.698.000.000,- for #2 Leuwipanjang Depo
