The Government of Indonesia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Inclusive Service Delivery and Digital Transformation in Indonesia (Loan No. IBRD-95200), and intends to apply part of the proceeds procurement of goods. The number of lots in this work package is two, as follows:

Lot 1: Penguatan Perangkat Keras Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan Terpusat (SIAK Terpusat)

Lot 2: Replikasi Perangkat Keras Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan Terpusat (SIAK Terpusat) Tahap I

Participants can submit offer for one lot or more. Evaluation offers and the determination of winner will be based on lots.

Description work:

Lot 1: Carrying out additional hardware strengthening of the Centralized Population Administration Information System (Centralized SIAK) at the Kalibata Data Center.

Lot 2: To establish a backup system, including hardware, software, and installation, to replicate the Centralized SIAK and ensure it remains operational even in the event of a disaster.
