The Government of Indonesia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Indonesia Mass Transit Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of BRT BBMA– Off Corridor Package

The Ministry of Transportation now invites bids from eligible bidders for Construction of BRT BBMA- Off Corridor Package. The Construction will be build in West Java Province from early November 2025 till the November 2026.

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB)/Request for Bid (RFB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers, dated February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”); and the provisions stipulated in the Loan Agreement. And is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Kelompok Kerja Pemilihan Penyedia Barang/Jasa Paket Pekerjaan Satuan Kerja Direktorat Angkutan Jalan pada Biro Layanan Pengadaan dan Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Perhubungan and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 09.00 to 17.00 WIB at the website link given below

Bids must be delivered to the link below on or before 12.00 WIB on October 10, 2025 by Electronic bidding through https://spse.inaproc.id/dephub/

Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the link above on 12.02 WIB at October 10, 2025.

All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of IDR 1,983,000,000,00.
