• Badan Informasi Geospasial -BIG (Geospatial Information Agency) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Integrated Land Administration and Spatial Planning Project (ILASPP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Integrated Map Production System Devices (Stage I).
• Badan Informasi Geospasial -BIG (Geospatial Information Agency) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the provision of information technology infrastructure devices for the development of an integrated map production system (Phase I) at BIG with the following details: Software at Pusat Komputasi Utama BIG Cibinong (Enterprise GIS Software and Database (perpetual license)) and Hardware Server & Storage at Production at Pusat Komputasi Geospasial BIG (Virtual Desktop Server, GIS Server, High Performance Computing, Storage,Network: SDN Controller, Spine Switch, and Leaf Switch 40/100 Gbps)
• The delivery period is a maximum of 120 days after signing the contract.
• Bidding will be conducted through NATIONAL COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Pokja Pemilihan ILASPP Badan Informasi Geospasial and inspect the bidding document during office hours 07.30 to 16.00 Jakarta Time through email address: pokja.stig@big.go.id.
• Interested Bidders can download the bidding document in the Indonesian language upon the submission of a written application to the address below. No payment is needed for the bidding documents. The document, which is in an electronic file, can be downloaded from the website https://spse.inaproc.id/big/lelang
• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before September 11, 2025 at 12.00 AM Jakarta time. Electronic Bidding will be permitted.
• Bid Security is not applicable.
