Procurement of Laboratory Equipment for BRMP NTB

• The Government of Indonesia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Integrated and Participatory Agricultural Development Empowerment Project (ICARE), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the procurement of laboratory equipment to support activities at Balai Penerapan Modernisasi Pertanian (BRMP) NTB.
• The BRMP NTB now invites eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the Procurement of Laboratory Equipment, including but not limited to analytical instruments, measurement tools, and supporting lab apparatus. The equipment to be procured must meet the technical specifications provided in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) document.
• Procurement will be conducted using the Shopping Method as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (Procurement Regulations), and is open to all eligible suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• Interested eligible suppliers may obtain further information and request the RFQ document by contacting the address below during office hours (08:00 – 16:00 WITA):

6. Late quotations will be rejected. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their quotations are received by BRMP NTB by the deadline.

7. The BRMP NTB reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to annul the procurement process at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to the affected suppliers.
