• Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika-BMKG (Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysical Agency) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Indonesia Disaster Resilience Initiatives Project (IDRIP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF REPLACEMENT OF SEISMOGRAPH.
• Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika-BMKG (Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysical Agency) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Replacement of Seismograph as per detail in Bid Data Sheet. Delivery period is maximum 120 days after signing contract.
• Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, Revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from POKJA IDRIP Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika and inspect the bidding document during office hours 07.30 to 16.00 Jakarta Time through email address: pokja.idrip@bmkg.go.id.
• The bidding document in the English language can be downloaded by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. No payment needed for the bidding documents. • Bids must be sent through encrypted email to the Purchaser’s email address: pokja.idrip@bmkg.go.id before May 13th, 2024 at 01.00 PM Jakarta time (West Indonesia Time). Electronic Bidding will be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives virtually on May 13th , 2024 at 01.30 PM until finished, Jakarta time (West Indonesia Time).
• Bid Security is not applicable. Bid Securing Declaration is required
• Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
