• The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Program to Accelerate Agrarian Reform (One Map Project) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Purchasing of Database License, and Storage.
• The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to provide Database License, and Storage in order to strengthen the DC/DRC infrastructure to be delivered within 120 calendar days.
• Bidding will be conducted through International competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB), “Single Stage One Envelope” procedure, as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated July 2016 revised November 2017, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Pokja PHLN-1 UKPBJ Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09.00 to 16.30 Western Indonesian Time (local time) at the address with attention to Mr. Rohmat Suharto at ukpbjgoods@atrbpn.go.id.
• The bidding document in English may be obtained by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below with free of charge. RFB available only to interested firm through electronic mail.
• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before January 23th 2024 at 13.00 Local Time (Western Indonesian Time) The Bid submission shall only be electronically. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend through virtual/video conference Bid Opening on January 23th, 2024 at 13.30 Local Time (Western Indonesian Time).
• All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Securing Declaration” which should be valid for 120 calendar days.
• Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
