The Himachal Pradesh – Resilient Action for Development & Disaster Recovery (HP-READY) Project is a World Bank–funded disaster recovery and reconstruction initiative being implemented through the Disaster Management Cell, Revenue Department, Government of Himachal Pradesh. Your esteemed organisation is hereby invited to submit a proposal in response to the enclosed Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for providing consultancy services for establishing the Project Management Consultancy (PMC).

You are requested to carefully review the REOI document and submit your proposal in accordance with the specified requirements and instructions. The deadline for submission is 2nd December 2025.
