Electrification of existing Buildings 1,2 and 3 and extended portions of
Building 3 and 4 by providing general lights, power plugs, street lights,
UG cable, MCCB incomer and outgoing load bank DB, VDB, MCBDB,
Metre Board, etc, 3 Nos of low mast with 6 Nos all in one 40 w solar street
lights in campus and 6 Nos 20w solar lights in the top of the rain water
tank and one no in the security room at entrance gate along with
proposed gate light & wall lights at the MCF and MRF situated at
Karithooparamba, Ward No 35, Mattanur Municipality, Kannur District,
Kerala State. As per the attached Drawings, BOQ and specifications mentioned.
Brief Description of work
Electrification work of building no 1,2,3 and extended portions of 3 and 4
with lights, power plugs, Street lights and all other requirements as mentioned
in BOQ, Drawings and Specifications.

This invitation for quotation is not to be construed in any way as an offer of contract. Your proposal could, however, form the basis for a contract between your firm and Mattanur Municipality.
The Tender Inviting Authority/Employer shall not be responsible for any failure, malfunction or breakdown of the electronic system while downloading or uploading the documents by the Bidder during the e- procurement process. Details required for e-payment (Details of bank account having core banking facility and email address of the bidder) shall be furnished along with the tender. Tenders not accompanied by these details will be rejected.
