The Director. Ground Water Department, Jalavijnana Bhavan, Kowdiar P.O, Ambalamukku, Thriruvananthapuram, 695003, Kerala, now invites tenders through e-procurement platform online from eligible bidders for The Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Digital Water Level Recorder (DWLRs) (hydrostatic pressure type) with Telemetry System in the Piezometers of Ground Water Department in Kerala and integrate with Data Center located in Ground Water Department, Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala as listed below:

• DWLR - 58 Nos.
• Related Services such as Installation of Hardware, Software, integration with data centre, O&M for 5 years, AMC for 2 years, training for effective transfer, storage and analysis of data.

EMD (BID SECURITY) : 1,50,000/-

For submission of the bids, through the e-procurement portal https://etenderskerala.gov.in only. Bids submitted in any other manner will not be accepted. Bidders are required to obtain Digital signature from designated firms (available on e-proc. Portal and then register with the Government of Kerala e-procurement platform and submit bids by using their user ID and Digital Signature. Aspiring bidders who have not obtained the user ID and password for participating in e-procurement in this Project, may obtain the same from the website: https://etenderskerala.gov.in.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16/09/2023 11:30 am at the office of The Director, Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamukku, Thiruvananthapuram to clarify the issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage as stated in ITB Clause 7.1 of ‘Instructions to Bidders’ of the bidding document.
