NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT)
Sealed quotations are hereby invited for C/o Gravity Irrigation Scheme for Dharkandroo Cluster, Vill: Khendal, P.O. Nag-Jubbar, Tehsil: Theog, Distt. Shimla. Himachal Pradesh. (Scheme for Cluster under HPHDP) Sub Head:- i) C/o Crate walls, Intake Collection Tank- at Source loacation, Collection Tank, Construction of RCC Water Tank 50000Litres (10Nos) with Retaining Walls, Construction of Water Tank 20000Litres (1Nos.) & ii) Providing ,Laying, jointing, testing/commissioning of GMS and HDPE Pipes including excavation for laying both GMS and HDPE Pipes along with Fittings and acessories. The eligible Bibbers /Contractors may submit their quotations on or before 17-05-2022 upto 11 AM and same will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM in the office of SMS Theog, distt. Shimla of Himachal Pradesh Horticulture department. The application form can be had from O/o SMS Theog / WUA President Dharkandroo up to 16/05/2022, 05:00 pm . The technical and financial bid shall be enclosed in sealed covers separatly in single envelope. The tender documents will be processed only after fulfillment of terms & condition and eligibility criteria.
1 Registration in GST.
2 Valid Pan number and Income Tax Clearance Certificate
3 Copy of enlishment /renewal of registration shall accompany with the application for obtaining the tender documents.
4 The conditional tender will summarily be rejected . The undersigned has right to accept or reject one or all the tender without assigning any reason.
5 The quoted rates shall be inclusive of all taxes.
6 Work done certificate as per the conditions of tender document.
