• The Government of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Ghana Landscape Restoration and Small-Scale Mining Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of 2No. Fire Assay Equipment for the Precious Minerals Marketing Company.
• The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources - Ghana Landscape Restoration and Small-Scale Mining Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders Supply, Delivery, and Installation of 2No. Fire Assay Equipment for the Precious Minerals Marketing Company as indicated in the table below:

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers fifth edition, September 2023 and applicable to Investment Project Financing (IPF) (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ghana Landscape Restoration and Small-Scale Mining Project (MLNR-PCU), Procurement Office, Mezzanine Floor, Diamond House (Digital Address – GA-143-2146) and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1600 hours at the address 1 given below

5. The bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of GHs1000.00 The method of payment will be cash.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address 2 below on or before 10:00 a.m. on Thursday 10th October Monday 2024.Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address 2 below on Thursday 10thOctober 2024

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security.

8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
