INVITATION FOR TENDERS

Name of Project: Supply of Office Equipment for the National Road Safety Authority

The National Road Safety Authority (NRSA) has received credit from the World Bank under the Transport Sector Improvement Project (TSIP) and intends to use part of its allocation to finance the Supply of Office Equipment’s for the second phase of the abovementioned Project.

The NRSA invites sealed tenders from all eligible s

uppliers for the Supply and Delivery of the above.

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in

the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and its Amendment Act, 2016 (Act 914) in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

Tenders must be submitted together with the following documents:

• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration Certificate
• Manufacturer’s Authorization documents

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Section, NRSA and inspect the tender document from 08:30 to 12:30 hours and 13:30 to 16:30 hours local time from Monday, 13th February, 2023.

A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC500.00) in cash to the account’s office of the Authority.

Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or

before 10:00 am, Monday 27th February, 2023. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days

after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be

accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of Tender Value from a recognized Bank.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose

to attend at the address below. Late Tenders SHALL be rejected.
