  1. Scope of Supply & Exclusions:
  
  Included: Full sauna building structure, terrace/decking, and interior benches.
  
  EXCLUDED: NO Hot Tub, NO Sauna Heater, NO Infrared Electronics.
  These will be sourced locally.
  
  2. Technical Specifications:
  
  Wood Material: Genuine Thermowood (wall thickness min. 40-42 mm). Wood must be kiln-dried with a moisture content of 4–7%.
  
  Glass Front: Double-glazed ISO safety glass, mirrored finish, with an 8mm tempered glass door.
  Door: Main entrance door must be lockable with a key.
  
  Interior: 2x Premium backrests made of Alder wood or other high quality.
  
  Ensure the wall structure can support the weight of surface-mounted IR heaters (approx. 3-5kg each).
  Power Supply: Prepare a hidden cable path from outside for a 400V main line (Sauna heater), a network cable and a 230V line (Infrared/Light).
  
  3. Technical Preparation for Retrofitting:
  We require preparation for surface-mounted heaters to remain flexible:
  
  Cable Outlets: Maximum 6 small holes (25 mm diameter) for infrared heaters and for the speakers.
  
  Control Panel Preparation: 1x small cable outlet at eye level (approx. 150 cm height) next to the entrance door for a control display.
  
  Conduits: Install hidden, heat-resistant conduits inside the walls.
  
  All conduits must lead from the cable outlets to a central junction box located in the first room.
  
  Internal diameter of conduits: min. 25 mm to allow easy cable routing.
  
  We require high export quality.
  Wood: Thermowood / Cedar preferred (please specify option & price difference)
  Wall thickness: minimum 40mm (please confirm)
  Moisture content: below 12% Tempered glass door (8mm minimum)
  
  Stainless steel screws and fittings
  
  Roof waterproof insulated Suitable for cold winter climate (Germany & North Europe)
