Angaben zur Leistung a) Art und Umfang der Leistung BGR is carrying out a research cruise with a seismic reflection and refraction survey with the German RV SONNE in the central Indian Ocean close to the Rodrigues Triple Junction. Research cruise SO301 with the project acronym SCIROCCO is aiming to record a seismic image of the Central Indian Ridge.
  The survey starts on November 22nd 2023 in Port Louis, Mauritius, and will end on January 4th 2024 in Port Louis. During the survey, seismic reflection and refraction profiles will be acquired for a period of approximately four weeks using a 8 km long 2D-streamer and many ocean bottom seismometers.
  The seismic source array is a tuned G-gun array, consisting of 16 G-guns arranged in two strings (port side and starboard), each string consisting of 4 clusters with a pair of 2 G-guns. The total volume are 3100 cuinch (50 liters).

Wesentliche Zahlungsbedingungen Payments are made by the Customer in the period of payment of 30 days in full or within the discount period with the quoted discount on receipt of invoice into the bank account stated in the invoice by the Contractor.   11. Unterlagen und Anforderungen zur Beurteilung der Eignung des Bieters und des Nichtvorliegens von Ausschlussgründen 1. Qualification and permission to practise the profession
  The form "Self-declaration on the grounds for exclusion" enclosed with the tender documents must be signed and enclosed with the tender. Before awarding the contract, the contracting authority will obtain information from the com-mercial register. Only bidders who do not have any entries that could prevent the award of the contract will be considered for the award of the contract.
  2. Proof of workforce capacities and qualification
  The bidder shall indicate which skilled workers are to be deployed in connection with the per-formance of the service, irrespective of whether they belong to the enterprise or not.
  The two marine mammal observers shall have at least the following qualifications and experi-ence:
  - Certification as a marine mammal observer, e.g. from JNCC.
  - Proven recent professional activity as a marine mammal observer through a list of at least 5 reference missions within the last 3 years.
  The bidder must provide evidence of the respective qualifications when submitting the bid by means of relevant documents for the specialist or specialists to be deployed by the bidder. These documents must show the extent to which the persons named meet the required quali-fications and requirements. In particular, detailed information must be provided on the rele-vant projects previously carried out by the specialist, including the name of the client, a brief description of the subject of the project and the time frame.
  3. Proof of technical equipment
  - The contractor is responsible for his professional equipment. For optical whale watch-ing, this includes binoculars and documentation of sightings via a photo camera. The acoustic whale watching consists of a PAM system (passive acoustic monitoring) op-erated with appropriate software (e.g. Pamguard). The PAM system should be named with its specifications (data sheet).

  14. Sonstige Angaben Mit der Abgabe des Angebots unterliegt der Bieter den Bestimmungen über nichtberücksichtigte Angebote (§46 Absatz 1 UVgO). Es gilt deutsches Recht.
