The Government of Georgia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Loan "Livable Cities Investment Project for Balanced Development". Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract "Rehabilitation of Laghami District in Mestia Settlement (Initial Two Sectors)".

The Bidder must indicate the total Bid price in E-Government Procurement System.
Bidders shall indicate their Price in the relevant field at Georgian E-Government Procurement System. Failure to indicate Price as required above will form the ground for bid rejection.

All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration in a form provided in Section-4 of the bidding documents.

Government procurement procedures SHALL NOT apply for this procurement. Bid submission and bid opening will take place electronically using Georgian E-Government Procurement System with certain modifications. Major modifications to the Georgian E-Procurement System are:
- Functionality of the three rounds of e-Reverse auction is removed. Rounds will not be applicable.
- The Bidder shall not be automatically rejected for indicating the total bid price, which is above the estimated cost disclosed in the E-Procurement system.
