REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
RFP No: NAWEC/WASIB/PCMS-2026-01
The National Water and Electricity Company Limited (NAWEC), through the Office of the Managing Director, hereby invites eligible and qualified Consultants to submit proposals for the provision of consultancy services under the Water Supply Project in the Greater Banjul Area (WASIB Project).
The project is financed by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), and a portion of the financing will be used for payments under the contract for Contract Management and Procurement Specialist services.
Scope of Services
The assignment involves the provision of Contract Management and Procurement Specialist services for the WASIB Project. Detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) are provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document.

Submission of Proposals
Proposals must be submitted to the address above no later than: 12:00 PM on 27th April 2026
Opening Proposals
Proposals will be opened in the presence of Consultants’ representatives who choose to attend on: 12:30 PM on 27th April 2026, at the NAWEC office.

Further details regarding the preparation and submission of proposals are provided in Sub-Clause 17.9 of the Instructions to Consultants (ITC). The procurement process will be conducted in accordance with AFD’s Standard Procurement Documents for the Selection of Consultants.
