FINAL EVALUATION OF THE FEMINIST OPPORTUNITIES NOW (FON) PROJECT
The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) Africa Region has obtained funding from the French Development Agency (AFD) under the Feminist Support Fund (FSOF)
and intends to use part of this funding to recruit consultants to conduct the final evaluation of the Feminist Opportunities Now (FON) project implemented in ten (10)
countries across Africa, Asia and Latin America.
IPPF Africa Region invites eligible candidates to express their interest in providing consultancy services for this assignment.
The services will involve the provision of a team of consultants composed of:
- One (1) Lead Consultant; and
- Four (4) National/Regional Consultants representing the geographical areas of project implementation: West Africa, East Africa, Asia and Latin America.
Applications may be submitted by:
- Consulting firms proposing a complete team of consultants; or
- Individual consultants applying either as Lead Consultant or as National/Regional Consultant.
Individual consultants must clearly indicate the position they are applying for (Lead Consultant or National/Regional Consultant) and, where applicable, the relevant
region.
Interested candidates must demonstrate relevant experience in programme evaluation, gender equality, feminist approaches, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR)
and/or gender-based violence (GBV).
The shortlist of candidates will be established on the basis of the Expressions of Interest received. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit a Request for
Proposals.
Expressions of Interest must be submitted by email no later than 18 February 2026 to the following address: msow@ippf.org
The subject line of the email must clearly indicate the position applied for and, where applicable, the region.
The complete Call for Expressions of Interest, including eligibility criteria and required documentation, is available in the bidding documents attached to this
notice.
