Invitation for Bids

Project Name : Missilya WWTP Corrective Measures and Reuse Scheme.
Assignment Name: Conducting flood assessment and Proposed Interventions for Missilya Wastewater System- Jenin.
1. The Palestinian Water Authority (PWA) (hereinafter called “Client”) has received financing (hereinafter called “the funds”) from the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) toward the cost of Misilya WWTP Corrective Measures and Reuse Scheme project. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for the consultancy service Conducting flood assessment and Proposed Interventions for Missilya Wastewater System- Jenin.
2. The PWA, now invites eligible consulting firms having relevant experience to perform the service to collect the request for proposal documents starting from July 08, 2025 during the working hours between 9:00 am to 2:00pm from the address mentioned below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 200 NIS (Two hundred sheqels). The method of payment will be Bank Deposit to the PWA account number Bank of Palestine, Palestine, Account No.: 219000/79.
3. Clarifications: A pre-proposal conference will be held on 15/07/ 2025 on 11:00AM in the PWA. The last day for receiving inquiries is 17/07/2025 to the email address

4. A firm will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method.
5. Late bids will be rejected; Bids must be delivered to the PWA (Sealed envelope) at the address shown below on or before 12:00pm local time on Sunday 10/08/2025. The envelope must contain two sealed envelopes, one for technical and the other for financial. Technical proposals will be opened in presence of the consultants interested into participating.
