This is an invitation for all potential system or service suppliers to provide information of their Car Parking solutions. Finavia

invites all potential suppliers with a solution either in full production readiness or in development stage to participate in this market

survey.

BACKGROUND

Finavia Helsinki Airport Operates 13 parking areas with over 50 lines. Four of them are covered parking halls P1, P2, P3, and P5.

Others are outdoor parking areas. All together more than 10 000 spaces.

Finavia is interested to get information regarding Car parking systems, incl. entry/exit solutions, payment methods and software

etc. In addition, the target is to develop the experience of contract customers in parking itself but also its invoicing, reporting and

managing of contracts.

Finavia"s target is to create a smooth, excellent customer experience for our Parking customers, who are flight passengers,

Airport visitors and employers of the Airport. We are also interested in the solutions that can add the value of the service and

experience in our Parking.

We will consider all different parking system options from all areas related to parking business.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SOLUTION

The complete solution Finavia is looking for must meet the requirements of at least the following customer groups:

• Short term parking

• Long term parking without pre-booking

• Pre-booking customers

• Parking with contract

• Customers with Parking benefits

For the sake of clarity, suppliers with solutions meeting one or more of the aforementioned customer group requirements are

welcome to answer this RFI. The complete solution may consist of multiple parts.

The parking system is operated by Finavia in the location intended for operation.

As an operator, Finavia"s purpose is to manage whole system including additional parts, control all devices connected to the

system and collect data. The system must consider connectivity to systems already in use at Finavia.

Due to the operating environment, the operator must be able to close the P-areas if necessary.

Finavia aims for a high-quality customer experience, therefore the vehicle recognition percentage must be excellent, over 99%.

The supplier must consider the challenging weather conditions in Finland.

CONTENTS OF THE ASWER TO RFI

Format of the RFI answers is not regulated, but answer should include following information:

1. Presentation of supplier"s solution and its functionalities

2. How the supplier implements the technical support of the system 24/7 and how the availability of the maintenance organization

is implemented quickly at the site if necessary.

3. What is the upgradability of the solution.

4. How the information security of the solution has been implemented.

Also information on following additional features is appreciated:

1. Pre Booking system

Finavia is looking for solutions for pre booking system integrated to common parking systems.

2. Reporting tools.

What kind of reporting tools for parking is available and what kind of interfaces they can offer.

3. Solutions for contract (Staff-) parking permits.

What kind of solutions there are to manage contract parking customers in the parking environment.

4. Mobile/ online or other payment options.

We are interest to find out what payment methods there are to improve the customer experience and make paying the parking as simple as possible.

5. Vehicle recognition solutions.

What technologies and solutions there are available to recognize the vehicles. For example:

- LPR Camera technology and software

- RFID technology

- Other technologies

6. Find my Car solutions

We would like to know what kind of solutions there are on the market for travelers to find their vehicle quickly and easily in the

parking area.

7. Pricing and capacity management

We are looking for a solution for dynamic pricing, revenue management and capacity management of parking.

8. Parking guidance solutions

8.1 Way finding outside of parking halls and on the streets

- Counting for every parking area

- Guidance to area with free slots

- Guidance for electric vehicles to area where is free charging point

8.2 Way finding inside parking hall

- Guidance to free parking slot and

- Guidance to free charging point for electric vehicles

We request you to send your answers to this RFI by 12.3.2023 12:00 via email to hankintapaallikot@finavia.fi. Please use this

subject in email: "RFI for Parking solutions and additional features”.

Finavia reserves the right to invite suppliers for further discussions regarding this RFI to obtain information to necessary extent on

market and suppliers providing relevant services, give out information regarding the needs of Finavia and to clarify any issues

related to the object of the procurement. These one-on-one conversations with interested participants are preliminarily scheduled

to be held during first half of 2023.
