         Hankinnan kohteena on Commvault-varmuuskopiointiohjelmiston lisenssien sekä ohjelmistoon liittyvien tuki- ja koulutuspalveluiden jälleenmyyjän valinta. Jälleenmyyjä voi tarjota ohjelmistoa joko Commvault-tuotenimellä tai jälleenmyyjän tai partnerin tuotenimellä.

         Hankinnan arvo neljän sopimusvuoden ajalta on 1,5 Meur.

         Tarjouspyynnön liitteenä oleva lisenssisopimus on laadittu tilanteeseen, jossa myyjä tarjoaa Commvault-ohjelmiston lisenssejä ja palveluita Commvault-tuotenimellä. Mikäli myyjä tarjoaa tuotteita ja palveluita jälleenmyyjän tai partnerin tuotenimellä, sopimustekstiin voidaan tehdä tarkennuksia ja korjauksia siltä osin, miten vastuut (esim. tukipalveluiden eri tasot) ja oikeudet jakautuvat myyjän ja tämän edustamien tahojen kesken.

         Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt suunnitelmat ja hankintamäärät ovat arvioita, eikä sopimus muodosta tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta.
