         The service contract should support the implementation of strategic communication activities designed to raise awareness, understanding and perception of the EU and its partnership with the Pacific Island Countries, in line with the priorities identified in the country MIP as well as relevant global and regional strategies. Services to be procured include those necessary to carry out communication activities and large-scale public campaigns (amongst others, campaigns design, provision of design services for printed and online communications materials, conception, design and production of audio-visuals, organisation of events etc.).
