• The Government of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project (LLRP ) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Furnishing for 55 Primary School and 36 Human Health Post in 36 project Woredas.

• The Somali Region, Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Furnishing for 55 Primary School and 36 Human Health Post in 36 project Woredas deliver at36 project Woredas within short period of time….

Description of goods

• Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers (“procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation.

• Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from LLRP, Regional Project Coordination Unit, Bashir Hassan with the email: bashirhaji173@gmail.com and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 8:00am–5:00PM at the address of LLRP, Somali Regional Coordination Unit Office given below.

• A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 500Birr (Five Hundred Birr Only). The method of payment will be cash. The document should be hand delivered to the LLRP Regional office.
• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before September 21, 2021.11:00PM Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on September 21, 2021 at 11:30 PM local time.

• All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” OF ETB 160, 000 for Lot I 50,000 For Lot II. and The bid security is valid for 90 days after the bid opening date
