The consulting services (“the “Services”) include provision of short-term training on specific manufacturing skills to target youth that will lead to employment. The project goals include aligning training programs with the real-time needs of employers and industries, acquiring valuable, sought-after skills, and providing a platform for career advancement to ultimately place youth into better job opportunities. Providers may introduce new training programs or expand offering of existing, successful training programs. They will be responsible for market assessment, training program development/adaptation, trainee selection, provision of high-quality training, placement and monitoring of trainees. The contract type and arrangement is Framework Agreement and the expected start date of framework agreement will be on [day, month and year].
