The Ministry of Finance (MoF) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Human Capital Operation (HCO) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of Office IT equipment (Laptop, Desktop Computers, Printers, Scanners, Multi-Function Printer and LCD Projectors).

The Ministry of Finance, Channel One Programs Coordinating Department (COPCD) now invites sealed Bids for procurement of the following items from eligible Bidders:-

Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 and revised 2017 and August 2018 , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Interested eligible Bidders can obtain further information from Ministry of Finance, Channel One Programs coordinating Department and inspect the bidding document containing the detail Specifications during 8:30 am – 5:00 pm or (Ethiopian Local Time 2:30 – 11:00) at the address given below.

The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 1,000.00 for each Lot. The method of payment will be in cash.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 08 October 2025 Time: 2:00 P.M. Electronic bid will not be permitted. Late bidder will be rejected Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.

All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” for LOT 1: ETB 1,400,000.00 and LOT2: ETB 600,000.00 Unconditional Bank Guaranty.

Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document
