FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA MINISTRY OF EDUCATION

GENERAL EDUCATION QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (GEQIP-E) PROCUREMENT OF TABLETS

• The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) - the World Bank toward the cost of implementation of General Education Quality Improvement Program (GEQIP-E) an implementing agency intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under contract for the Tablets.
• The Ministry of Education an implementing agency now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of 50(PCS) Tablets immediately from Stock.

3.Quotation and payment shall be made in Ethiopian Birr( ETB)

4. Bidders should confirm delivery of goods should be completed within 3 days after issuance of purchaser order.

5. Payment for your invoice will be made against delivery and acceptance of the delivered goods by the Ministry.

6. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, MINISTRY OF EDUCATION (MoE), the address indicated below.

7. Quotation and relevant documents and datasheet must be delivered to the address below on or before 2:00 PM. June 20, 2023. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 2:30 P.M. June 20, 2023.
